About this calculator
Convert a crypto amount to fiat, or between supported assets, using live CoinGecko spot prices through Calnora’s proxy. Type the quantity and choose the from and to assets; the quote refreshes from the upstream market feed when the API answers.
During upstream rate limits you may see a short-lived cached quote instead of a brand-new tick. Mid-market spot is not your exchange’s fill price — bid/ask spreads, trading fees, and withdrawal costs sit on top of whatever this page shows.
Stablecoin pairs can still deviate from one dollar during market stress; check the live quote before large transfers. Keep a short note of the inputs you used so you can compare later runs.
How It Works & Formula
GET /api/crypto loads USD or quoted spot prices from the proxy. Converted amount equals quantity times the price ratio between the selected assets. Brief cached responses may be served when CoinGecko rate limits the upstream request. If either side lacks a USD quote, the proxy response surfaces an error instead of a silent zero.
